  • Charvel psycho swirl

Does anybody remember the psycho swirl Charvels that from a couple of years ago? I remember that a few stores had guitars with finishes like tihs. Does anybody know if they were part of a limited run (and priced cheaper than a custom shop) or were they true CS? And how many where made? I am talking about finishes like this:

The green and red one was for sale at a Guitar Center in CO recently but it's not listed anymore. I believe these are true custom shop. Not sure how many were made, but I've seen 3 or 4.

I have a black and white one. Got a really good deal on NOS. They are true custom shops.

Stare at the red and green one for 60 secs then look at a white wall and you'll see Tommy Chong's face.

These were not a limited run. The discount on custom shop limited runs does not make a huge difference, anyway. (Unlike USA Select limited runs).

It's a great graphic. Unfortunately, IMHO they were executed in some horrible color schemes, though.

I think "Seizure Swirl" would be a more appropriate name.

A Kahler on a strat body kind of looks weird imo, but love the finish.
