Back of pro mod headstock--sticker or inked onto the wood?

I'm possibly about to buy a USA San Dimas pro mod, but the back of the headstock doesn't have the trademark notice I've seen in pictures of these guitars. Is that just a sticker that somebody probably took off this one?

Yeah, when I bought my pro mod neck off ebay, the sticker had been removed. I could still see some residue. I guess people dont like the stickers.

The USA promods had a sticker. Removing it was the first thing I did when I got one as I don't like legal jargon on my guitars (okay PAF on the pickup is the one exception).
