  • Charvel San Dimas Style 1 7th Batch Limited Edition USA

I was just wondering what these guitars went for new and their current value. I have an Marshall stack signed by Jim Marshall for sale and someone interested in it wants to trade this model plus cash. I'm just looking to see if what he says it worth what it is worth.

thanks for any and all help

They're actually Made in Japan, not USA. That's the primer colored one with yellow dots and logo... IMO one of the uglier models of that series. Probably worth $700 give or take a hundred depending on condition. They came with hard shell cases too, so if that doesn't come with it, its obviously worth less.

There were 8 batches of USA Pro Mods. I don't see a picture of the Wildcard 7 Primer? He indicted a USA Pro Mod in the heading of the post?

The usa models only had 3 wildcards. trans kandy magenta was 1, fiesta red with one hum was 2, and the flat black one hum was 3. the rest were japanese.

Lets see the headstock logo and neck plate.
Curious how its wired. 1 hum 2 singles on a 3 way?
            Vol push pull?

There were more usa wildcards than that.

                Nice looking guitar!
This is what I think of Gibson since 1993. I HATE BEING LEFT HANDED! I rock out to Baby metal because Wilkinsi said I can't listen to Rick Astley anymore.

that's a style one-hss in trans kandy gold. not a wild card. it's from the usa batch seven.

Wow, the USA ones seemed so long ago... I totally forgot the USA run went up to 7 as well, my bad. Ok so now that we know its the USA version, price wise I'd say $850-950. The USA models obviously tend to bring more money but some are less desirable than others.

                            Well,

I bought my Candy Green So-Cal brand new for $1099, I bought my Pagan Gold So-Cal used for $700 and my black San Dimas used for $700 as well. Most used USA Pro-Mods I have seen have been in the $700-$900 range, have seen a few where the seller was trying to profit because they are no longer available, they were trying to get $1100-1300 for them.
