Although I have no idea 'what' brand of phosphorus paint it is...I DO know it is NEW!! Much more bright and glows an Aqua Blue...as opposed to the more common greenish color we are used to seeing. Dan had just gotten in this batch of paint and mine was the first to be done...a guinea-pig if you will! I couldn't be happier, the thing glowed brightly for 15 hours with no degradation.....
Hmmmm....from what you describe I'd bet it's Alsa Super Glow.
