I like it, but weird to see floyd wire an open nut? I like the look of the flamed Baked Maple neck with clear flamed maple top.

Gorgeous guitar, glad they could sign him. Very unique. The neck is just amazing.

Now me personally? Not a fan of Strat body w/24 fret neck. Would've looked better as a a Dinky, IMHO. And hopefully they add some color options w/non-brown PUs.

I dig it, I just don't understand the Floyd without fine tuners and non-locking nut?

Guthrie explains why, in this video:

Is this the actual finished product? I remember in the other thread about this guitar that there was a mention of a specially designed, made in usa floyd-like trem. That one looks like a plain old old-school floyd. So, is that the finished product?

Yeah, somebody from Jackson mentioned they're making a different trem for him now.

The only spec I don't like is the 'vintage' frets. I like mine jumbo.

They are jumbo. In fact Guthrie described them as "massive" and "very, very jumbo".

I dig it. The one thing I've noticed on my 24 fret guitars is you can't get a neck pick up in that Strat sweet spot to get the bell tones.
Any way you could possibly put more shit into your sig?

That's killer! I love it! I am pretty sure that thing comes equipped with a tremol-no.

This is what I think of Gibson since 1993. I HATE BEING LEFT HANDED! I rock out to Baby metal because Wilkinsi said I can't listen to Rick Astley anymore.
