USA promod retro re-do slime green to robinse

Had a well used slime green San Dimas I picked up a couple years ago, decided rather than wait for a custom shop build I had my local pro do a complete re-fin in poly in sonicblue looks very very close to robins egg blue. Chrome and NOS brass hardware, Dimarzio Super D, and 36th Anniversary PAF, double creame, OFR, brass block.

I also had him build a single hum, in daphne blue. Wish charvel had these as stock colors, that would have saved me $$. The photos don't show it but there is quite a bit of difference in color.

Thx, the lighting plays tricks with the color, the last two pictures are the same guitar (single hum), the first is what it looks like in person. The top double hum looks the same in person.

I have him redoing a taxi cab yellow San Dimas and my candy red san Dimas I am just swapping pick ups for zebras, cream rings, Chrome hardware, OFR, big brass block, I never liked the black hardware on the USA pro mods.

I think zebras will look better on those two colors?

I've always preferred black hardware, but I think zebra pups look great on anything.

Well there ya go. Me? I'da kept it slime green and black hardware but routed a little behind the trem to pull it sharp(er).

Nice! These colors are hard to photograph, my Seasick (or Surf) USA San Dimas looks light blue, green - depending on the light. I went with chrome hardware - your brass looks cool though, something to think about!

Very very nice. I really like the all one color pickups so over these Zebra things that are so popular lately.
