What model Charvel does Gary Moore have in this picture?

I have been asked to write the history of Gary Moore's guitars and equipment from 1969-89 and could you guys tell me what model # is the pointy head red Charvel in this picture from the "lLive in '85" tour program. Model and year if possible, I really just need the model #?

That'd be an early 80s MIA "San Dimas" era Charvel....they had no "model #s"....

As stated, no model numbers back then - everything was custom. However, Charvel did refer to body styles on ordering materials and specs. So this would've been referred to as a custom Charvel Strat back then.

Thanks all! Yes Gary had started first using Charvels in 1980 on his G-Force LP. I have been asked again to contribute detailed info on Gary's guitars and equipment from really his earliest days, first guitar at age 8. Then first electric at 14. I will be covering from then until the end of 1989's After The War tour.
This has been a very involved process but I feel a great respect and sense of purpose to get all the facts straight in tribute to him. As a super fan I am certainly honored to do so!
