Feeling nostalgic I guess. Anyone make a post already with all the catalog or ad scans of the USA ProMods collected in one place?

What a great run of guitars and colors. It's too bad it had to end.

Wish they were doing more of this with the MIM series.

...Which reminds me, I saw one of the MIM silver sparkle SoCals heavily discounted in a local GC yesterday. Only $759, I think, if anyone wants to grab it. I didn't take it down, but looked pretty cool.

I wish I had grabbed them new when I had the chance but at least I've managed to get 3 complete guitars and 1 neck since they were discontinued. They're a great basis for customized build.

Yeah i still love my two USA Promods. Great guitars but both have been modded from stock - mostly for looks and sound. But the bodies and necks are a great core for making them your own.

The 8th batch Slime Green I have was purchased 2012 from a store that had a few stashed away. It took me 1 day of detective work making phone calls to various business' looking for a Candy Plumb but found the Slime instead. Packaged brand new.

The USA Charvels can still be had.

Yeah, these are great guitars. I have a candy blue style 1 (thanks again Pat!) and a candy purple style 2.

Yeah when I bought my first ProMod - first batch black - I A/B'd it against the candy red. I went with the basic boring black as it just played better. But I sometimes wish I had gotten a batch color
