looks like an old san dimas strathead to me...he had a white one as well he talked about in an old issue of guitar player that had an "experimental aluminum block under the trem"...d.m.

Pretty cool how everything eventually shows up on youtube! Hard to be sure, but it looks like it might have a thicker neck profile like the Holdsworth models. I think he said it was basswood in one of the interviews, and that he preferred lighter bodied guitars.
