Usa built or mexico?

Was checking out this cool looking guitar online and noticed th neckplate says usa and in the vid, the demonstrator says its north america built but later adds "aka mexico"

a bit confused. Are these badboys usa built or mexican?

Don't let the place of manufacture dissuade you. All 3 versions have their fans. Search the board a bit and you'll find plenty of info to guide you to the incarnation that suits you best

Neckplate clearly says Made in Mexico just under the word Charvel.

Sorry i overlooked that. I was looking at pics online, and thought i read "usa" in bold. Wasn't a closeup pic, could very well be wrong

There is a U.S.A. On the neckplate, but it is just an address to harken back to the San Dimas days of old.
