What tooling marks can I use to identify an 81 or so Charvel strat neck, all maple, no logo? ill try to post some picks tonite

Not really tool marks but usually the truss rod nut, skunk stripe and back of the headstock can confirm if it's legit. Plus many will have a date, initials and a WO# unless it was sold as an aftermarket neck.

Here are some pics. Never had a charvel logo, bought new by itself, I thought it did have a penciled number but the neck has been on and off so many times the number could have worn off. I plan to sell it and need proof it is charvel. The width is 1 5/8.

Let's see the end of the fingerboard. 21 or 22 frets?

That would be 22 with a fretboard hanging over the neck heel. 21 fret heel is flush with the fretboard.

Couldn't tell 100% yes or no but sure looks right. Hard to tell where the skunk stripe ends.
