The guitar pictured in your first photo seems unique because the white USA Pro-Mod San Dimas featured in the catalog scans (http://www.jcfonline.com/threads/145...ls-catalog-ads) came with cream pickup rings, zebra pickup bobbins, and chrome hardware (as seen below), unless the previous owner changed it to black hardware/rings and white bobbins before you got your hands on it.
The way yours looks, it's actually closer to the way it came stock, minus the brass dome knob and cream bobbins.

Wow, you scored a limited variant that wasn't even captured in the catalog scans I linked! Congratulations! The novelty factor is enough to ensure it's a keeper. Duncan Custom/Jazz is not a pickup combination normally associated with Jackson/Charvel but I imagine that sounds great. It SHOULD come stock more, just for the sake of diversifying.
I imagine you like your DiMarzios more though. The "pickup picker" on the DiMarzio site recommends me the AT1 for a particular guitar I have.

Interesting info from Charvel/Fender. I asked them if there were other dealers that requested a production model in Snow White.
"So this one is interesting. I checked that serial number and it does indeed come up as a San Dimas Style 1 2H FSR in Snow White from 08/18/2009. Now, it came back as model number 2825001750, which shows there was only one ever made. And, I checked for other models and found the spec sheet, which has the color listed as 350 instead of 750, which is still the same color, and it does show exactly 20 were made. I have no way of explaining this as it appears to be the same model, but has a slightly different suffix. Regardless, yours is a one of a kind, at least per the serial number. I hope this helps!"
