  • Pre-Fender USA San Dimas

Can anyone elaborate on this guitar? I tried doing some research and there isn't much at all out there about this mode.

That was a VERY good era for Charvel quality. I have a '95 USA Model I Koa and it is amazing. If anything, his price is probably on the low side considering how rare those are...

    '91 Charvel 650 Custom - EMG 85/SLV/SLV+SPC
    '92 Jackson Soloist Pro MIJ

Charvel came back with new USA models around '94/'95 that lasted a few years before being discontinued.

Hmm, I don't think I remember that top, I knew there was a purple flame one, but not a burnt cherry burst flame
Nor did I ever notice a toggle switch

              Ugly headstock. No interest.

My SD Reissue is one of the better sounding guitars in my arsenal, and doesn't play too shabby either, nothing the headstock has any influence over

That era Charvel is of great quality. Hated the head, but still killer guitars.

One I'd love to have! Had my eye on it for a couple of months. Appears to be a '96 judging by the serial number and inspection date the pictures show. Says on the inspection card in the picture that the serial number starts as 96 and final assembly was 1/27/97. So I guess that maybe why it's listed as a '97 model?

                      Ah yes the pre-Fender Fender-inspired non-Fender-licensed headstock.
