In August 2017 I bought and returned C8134. The truss rod was at the end of its travel. You acquired the instrument in Jan 2018.

Sounds like whoever you got it from purchased from TMZ, did some mods, then sold it to you. When I briefly had it, there was not a Titanium Floyd on it nor was there a sustainiac.

Copy that! They must have fixed it, cause it was fine! But ironically I swapped the neck for one that had Gotoh GS 36 tuners like Oldschool Charvels came with & is Qurtersawn with truss wheel. I payed same amount $2100 with the $1000 Ti Floyd & Sustainer + original parts included. I then sold the other swapped Custom. Thanks for response
