Charvel So-Cal USA Select - What's under the pickguard?

I'm dreaming about getting a USA Charvel. I have been very pleased with my japanese one. But I would like to mod it. Does anyone know what is beneath the pickguard? Is it routed HSH? or is it routed only for the pickups it got? I would like to make my own pickguard to throw in like I have on my japanese one.
