Numbers in the neck pocket of my San Dimas?

I just scored an 83 pointy head bengal, serial number in the low 2800's and I just took the neck off and there are some numbers I could use some help with understanding.
On the actual neck in pencil is"RA636 15 2 3/16"
in the neck Pocket written in black marker is "10-28-83 NL"
Underneath that in pencil is written "774 10-28-83 NL'
I've figured out that the 10-28-83 is the birth date (duh)but the rest is a mystery.
Any help will be appreciated!
I will post pics in the next few days after I get her cleaned up!

I'm guessing work order# and neck butt size?

636 and 774 are work order numbers for the neck and body (in whichever order).
NL and RA are workers initials.
I've never seen the neck heel width written in the guitar anywhere, so that could be someone elses writing. Lots can happen over the years.

thanks Chuck, I will try to post pics tonight, I also just got my snakeskin Jackson back from my luthier (I bought it from Kenslp last month) and he put an original floyd on it for me so I will post pics of that one too! Oh , I already put the guitar back togther and restrung it so I won't be posting pics of the neck pocket tonight. I'll get to that when I re string her again.

Thanks chuck, I think I mentioned it was either yours or this one I was going to go for in my last email to ya, and when yours (the Red one) sold I kept my fingers crossed and last night I scored it for.........get this #350.00 bucks!
