Anyone know when the EHV production models go onsale? Or how much they'll cost?

They can be ordered now. Delivery in Nov/Dec.
As for price we can't post that here. Forum rules, plus we don't want our dealers to hear it from FMIC.
Please contact a dealer. They will treat you well.

Are these pretty decent guitars? I know Charvel usually makes a really good, solid instrument. Are these true to the rep?

The only complaint I have is that some dealers are asking $500+ for one of the 'low' serial numbers. I think that is so bogus. I have read several articles in various guitar trader type mags that have said that unless you get number one your not getting much value out of a low serial number.

I agree. I think in the long run just to have a limited edition is going to be fine for collector purposes. Sure #1 or maybe like the first 10 could bring more, but it's been my experience on the retail side of it that those low # guitars don't go to consumers but to people at the company or a dealer, etc. All in all I'd be happy just to have one of the first run.

I think these production EVH has much less values compare to the limited ones that I see on E-bay by EVHshop.
To me, there is no difference of having early serial or lare serial when it comes to the production model.
I will be happy to have one and serial # is not big deal.
If I am a real collector with money I would just buy one of EVHshop ones that Eddie painted.

Quik, just had to change it to incorporate all the colors. I've got a nice 1024X768 background of what I like to call the EVH Flag. If anyone wants it pm me and I'll email it to you.
