snow white with maple...black is easy..too bad you are stuck with a few colors of hardware..white with red hardware would be nice

Interestingly, it shows "No Inlays" in the Custom Shop section as "No Charge", but if that's the only thing I want different from Standard, it's still a Custom Shop upcharge [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I like maple and ebony boards.
White w/ ebony
Red w/ ebony
Black w/ maple

Gold/brass hardware all the way.. altho, Red w/ ebony & chrome wouldn't be bad.

According to the price list, hardware color is not an option on the USA Standards. "None more black." [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

And, yeah, Newc: slime green would look so killer on a Star with a maple board. Unfortunately, that's not on the color list of what's offered for the USA Standard models. ...Unless it's named "Retro Green". I've always been curious what that and "Retro Red" look like? [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img] They have cool sounding names, at least. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Plenty else to choose from there, too, though.

Well, they have the 4 basic colors standard - Red, Black, White, and Blue, but they also offer any other solid color for $200 extra, so some sort of solid bright green would be covered. I'll definitely double-check before placing the order, though - don't know if I can get Slime Green like the Shannon, Dweezil Green, or Candy Apple Green specifically (what was Green Meanie?), but either of those should work - unless I change my mind and get Nukular Yeller [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

Ok, how about posting pics of every known Neon Greenish Green - from Shannon Slime to Dweezil? [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

Sorry, bro. That's not how it works. Custom colors are not allowed except on custom shop orders. With the $200 finish upgrade option, you're limited to the solid and transparent finishes on pg. 9 of the price list ("Charvel color codes"). Kind of like the Jackson USA Select finish options - a predetermined list to choose from.

There's a good selection of greens there - black forest, candy apple green, retro green, sea foam green, trans green - and other great colors. But that's all you can choose from. ...Unless you want to take the graphic upcharge, too. [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

Ah ok, you mean page 10 (where the actual colors are listed). Page 9 says "Solid, Metallic, Pearl colors - $200" - I thought that meant ANY single color (including Slime Green, etc).
Well, I can't swing a Custom Shop color, though Scott did say he'd double check the price and get back to me [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]
