USA Select QC Issues

IMG_1533.jpgHi there. I own a couple MIM Charvels, and recently purchased my first USA Charvel. The USA came to me with a ton of issues. Most I was able to fix. I’m hoping someone with experience can give me some pointers. It’s a DK24 HSS. The Gotoh Trem was a mess, and I was able to sort it out for the most part. The Stud on the bass side is sticking way out. I’m not sure how to go about setting it in. Gentle knocks with a mallet?

the other issue is the truss wheel keeps slipping down. I slide it up and it stays for awhile, but eventually slides down and rests on the neck pickup. The truss works however as I needed to adjust it to get it playable. And it functioned as it should.

The GOTOH studs are wider and longer than Floyd Rose.

Personally I would NOT just hammer the stud.
IF, whoever did this did NOT finish drilling, you will do some damage to the guitar.

The stud needs to come out so the hole can be verified at the correct size and depth.

My question is
Do.you know for fact that this is a real
USA Charvel???
Seems very suspicious that this level of stuff is passing USA Charvel QC!!!
