When I got the money for it...I immediately sent it to Lee to put towards my mulitple guitar order and I couldn't do it. He was nice enough to offer to hold it as long as he could.
I think that when I was ready to do it...I missed it by a day.

Maybe one day it will come back this way. That is one that I would like to get back the most.

I inquired about it and Steve said a friend of his has it, but he could get it for me.
Monte, I bet you could get that back without too much trouble.
Steve's on vacation right now (surfing up a storm in some tropical paradise), but when he gets back, maybe ask him about it? I would do it very soon upon his return in case his friend is thinking of flipping it.

The neck on the blue GMW is just a birdseye figured neck....nothing out of the ordinary about. It was made by Customwoods to San Dimas specs.

Is this the same customwoods that's selling necks on Ebay? How is the quality on those? I've been thinking of picking one up but haven't heard much about them.

The new headstocks should be coming out very soon. I remember Lee mentioning Novemeber. Here we are...so I expect something soon.

The custom woods neck are nice. They were commissioned to cut a few San Dimas replica necks. Those are what I have. They made more after that in the same profile and I like them too. I have some of those too. They are great necks to play one. I have no issues with them

i have a guitar being assembled today with a custom woods neck...it is a very accurate replica of a charvel neck. i look forward to playing it tomorrow!
