I was thinking the same thing. I'm sure the neck will do either, but the unknown is whether an Original Floyd is a drop-in replacement for a Speedloader. (i.e., No mods.) [img]/images/graemlins/scratchhead.gif[/img]

According to the Floyd Rose website, it should be a drop in.
I wouldn't do it though. I actually like speedloaders. I think it's an idea whose time has come.

The birdseye is awesome, but, is there any truth to the story that figured maple is more unstable?

Nice concept but I cannot stand that headstock and I have no use for that trem. Nice birdseye otherwise.

Beautiful finish on the guitar. Beautiful birdseye on the neck. The speedloader just isn't my cup of tea. I guess I'm too set in my ways for them.
