Yes it is the Kahler Flip Nut. I havent had any issues with this one and I think it works great. My Model 3 had one also and I broke it on one of the corners where the bar that holds all 3 flip latches screws in. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
You have to be very careful and not tighten up the set screws too much before you flip it into the locked position. I still have all the parts for that in hopes of finding a new frame to rebuild one with. If youre going to make these I will definately want several. I also have another non-kahler aftermarket flip nut that uses a different approach to locking the strings, message me if youd like a pic of that one.
