This is a 2004 custom shop. It is on the cover of the 2005 Charvel catalog.

No it's not Charvel #3990. In 1985 I actually had this guitar and I had Charvel copy it from a 1985 video. I have the video from a rock band from 1985. Now that I just learned to post pictures I will convert the video to stills but be patient.
