Ordering a pointy

Hey All!
I ordered a custom pointy from MakenMusic (chicago) 3 weeks ago and they still dont have a quote from the custom shp. How long does this usually take to get the confirmation?

Longer than it would have taken from Matt, and it most certainly will cost you more.

+3 Matt took care of me in a couple of days (and even was able to confirm a change or two that I back after completing the initial order).

Three weeks sounds like you boys are either not connected or not trying IHMO.
