jimmy page, ace frehley, and finally eddie van halen forced me to pick up a guitar and learn how to play. well, since i have not played in 2 years, and have had no want or inspiration, and there is not really any new music i dig, let me present to you, my new beautiful charvel missile "DAISY". what a fukkin' guitar. it's a 1982 , serial number 1601, single hum with a floyd added. this is my eddie van halen , the reason i have now gotten off my ass and started playing again. you don't know how good it feels to have had the great fortune of having someone out there with a kind soul who let me buy this from him. Thank you Bret, i had been taking it on the chin for the last two years in every facet of life, and in the last two months things have really turned around and i am fukkin' back and ready to put in the hours and become a player again. i played all weekend as i even scored an old marshall with the elusive 25 watt black backs in it, Mark Cameron, i need you please get in touch with me. I want to thank Bret again for helping with the final stitiching of my incredibly broken heart that is now pretty much healed. things are lookin' up , i still have all my hair at 40, i acquired one peach of a guitar, and i want to play music again. Songs just pour out of me,and this guitar is a motherfukker across the board. i'm now the Atomic Charvel guy again, a little rusty, but watch out!!! ain't she a daisy!!!!
i'd like to also point out that sully is a studhorse. so much so that his coolness is making me rethink this whole yankee fandom of mine. go sox! yes. i said it. go sox!
