I will give it a try. I called them initially and then they had me call (NOT)Musician's friend....a nightmare BUT now I am more schooled on who to buy from.

I called them and they have put me back on the same BS track again.I was told to contact the stores I purchased them from and then tell them to call Fender/ Charvel . So for the score one year and two months for Musician's Friend trying to get it right. One week waiting for Easton to call. I'll never get them!
