Saw this one at Elderly. It has an ebony fretboard and a Floyd. Is this a good price for this guitar?

That is a new one so I don't know if it's ok to comment on the prices. I think those have been selling cheaper but I'm no expert here.

i don't know about that model specifically but i always thought elderly was a bit high priced in general at times.

Remember that Jackson has a MAP ruling, they can´t advertise below a certain price, or they can lose their dealership...
