Custom Shop Order Arrived

[Rufue]

After 12 months and some change, my custom shop order has arrived this week. She is #6653, cherry sunburst; 1/8" quilt top and matching headstock, non-recessed Floyd, 1 hum JB.

She plays and sounds great. Perfectly setup and playable right out of the case. The fretwork is flawless and the quilt top is awesome.

The only problem so far is that the Floyd arm does not fit. It looks someone put an import arm in the case instead of real Floyd arm. I will contact the dealer for an arm exchange. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I don't mean to come across as being nibby, but what did it cost you? She is a beauty.

Honestly I'm surprised Charvel doesn't offer this setup(single bridge humbucker, OFR, dtuner, provide a variety of colors and mostly a sunburst option)as a standard production model. In my view of it, if reasonably priced, it wouldn't have a problem selling. Its really hard to find,(considering every ones needs differ to the next)a quality name brand guitar, that offers this particular setup without being considered a custom model and charging an arm and a leg for it.
