I'd like to know, too. But I don't believe they ever published the actual specs.
To my hand, the dimensions feel similar to a DK1's neck. That's .750" at the 3rd fret, .810" at the 12th. Probably a bit thinner than those measurements. And the profile is sightly less round - it's a flatter backshape.
Feels similar to a DK-1 to me as well... then again, considering that we were saying for years that the DK-1s were the closest neck to a San Dimas, that´s really not too surprising
Yea the dk1 is my favorite neck. I ordered a Charvel a few weeks ago so when it comes in I'll let you know how close. I have 3 dk1's and they all feel different ,so I'm wondering which neck its going to feel like most.
For what it is worth, the new SDs that I have played felt exactly like the thinner and more common of the neck shapes on the original pointys. Nick and I put SD 2900 head to head with Ralph E.'s new black SD 1 hum. The specs seem dead on to me.

Hope I didn't mislead folks with my prior post above. I don't mean the new Charvel pointy necks are the same as a DK1. Just similar. And, by association, the DK1 necks are similar to the original SD Charvels.
I was at a guitar store in the chicagoland area and they have 2 new Charvels. One neck was great and the other have rounded edges (like that of the Jacksons w/bindings). While they are the guitar store noticed a difference, they did not know why. Does anyone know if on the new Charvels if they have different neck styles?
I've got an '84 Pointy and a mid 86 Jackson Strat which both have very similar feeling necks, in fact they are identical. I also have a new Star which to me has a very different neck to the above guitars, very flat at the back and it feels a fair bit thinner, very much like my '97 DK1. I can't comment on the new Strat Charvels, but I assume that the neck profile is the same as that on the Star.
We've all heard how the new ones feel like the old SD pointies, and I've been told that the GX Bullseyes also feel like the old ones.
I have a GX and a 2003 DK1, and I love the GX, but the DK1 is too thin to be really comfortable for me, so to me, that comparison doesn't really work. However, I guess it could be that the actual neck profile is similar, just deeper on the GX...
