I was a bit paranoid with this transaction. I threw what I considered to be a pretty lowball bid at the guitar and didn't win. Then I got the second chance offer for my bid so I hit the BIN link. Given the number of Ebay scams with second chance offers and hijacked accounts, I decided to cover my butt a little. I called the guy up and explained my concerns and asked him to snap some specific pictures of the guitar with some sort of local identifier. He was very understanding and snapped pictures of next to his car with the license plate visible. Pretty paranoid, eh?

Anyhow, it arrived yesterday in perfect condition. My initial impression is that it plays and sounds fantastic.

Tim has likely added Trace to his "ignore this user" list. Perhaps Tim doesn't realize that others can read Trace's post, but just not him. Or maybe that was just Tim's way of putting Trace on notice.
