Are you referring to this ghost of guitars past, Chuck?

enjoy her John she's killer.
I can't speak for others Trace but I can tell you why I didn't keep mine.
for some reason Graphics just don't do it for me anymore. I'm much more into Quilt and flame tops. Plus a single hum
guitar is great, if I'm playing in a band but right now I'm not, so for my needs I'm looking for more versatility from each guitar I own. 2 Hum or H/S/S or H/S is required. Right now I don't have the luxury of owning 15 guitars so each one has got to be able to cover a range of tones.
but I agree this run was very well done. Every GX bullseye I've ever seen or played has been perfect and I agonized over what to do with this one for quite a while.
If this is our perdition, will you walk with me?

Agree Nick the 1 hum is a limitation for some and it makes sense to move it if you are not palying it. I was just thrilled that they came out so good and that the Charvel name was back on a great instrument mirroring the originals.

I have yet to hear anything bad about that run which speaks volumes to Kev and Lloyds attention to detail, the Jackson custom shop craftmanship and us, the fans of these great guitars.

I can't say enough good things about this guitar. It's killer! I've been playing it a lot since I got it. Thanks again! As for sharing pics, I was hoping to do a group pic once I get my soloist back from Lee, which should be this month. Keep your fingers crossed.

And Happy Birthday, bro!

Re: Bullseyes galore......

The only reason I let that one go was my preferences moving away from single hum layouts. It's an incredibly sweet piece. I agonized over it for a while but, once I received my orange custom, knew that the new ones were just as faithful and allowed me to order something else more to my preferences. ...That'll show up some time in the next few months, I suppose. Agreed that bullseye run is one of the best to come out of the custom shop in recent years. And, in large part, it's the "pre-pro" to the new Charvel line.

Very cool shot, Shawn. My favorite is the red and white Charvel. Cool and classic all at once.
