Well since they are coming back next year any word on what they are going to be, like how many models, vintage trem or Floyd Rose, custom graphics?
any one know
I would like to see a neck thru pointy headstock 2 hum maple board, kahler, unfinished neck, USA Charvel... that'd be reaaaal nice..... I'd take a Jackson like that as well.. hehe
I'd like to see something different that whats currently available....
Original Strat head (oldschool SD)
Birdseye neck (no finish)
Birdseye fingerboard ( no inlays )
Choice of Dual Hums or HSS
Choice of Floyd or a quality fixed
Gold or Blk hardware
Ash, Alder, Mohaghany option of tung oil.
Last but not least the KMaynard bursts

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">He means the USA models. The import Charvels just came back for 2002, now there's supposed to be some USA models again!
I feel my soul go cold... only the dead are smiling.
since NO stratheads
pointy bolt-on birdeye necks
choice of any fretboard 22fret
dots inlays like original SD's
strat shaped w/ SD contours
any pickup config
OFR or vintage trem
I vote for a hardtail version instead of the crappy vintage trems. If it's gonna have a trem, it should be a Floyd. Even a Wilkinson would be better than the vintage trem.
I guess Fender will build some Charvel models in Ensenada Mexico Factory.
You will see these new 2003 models in MF catalog soon.

Kevin, are you serious I can`t imagine Jacskon Pros made in India I hope this isn`t true, is Fender heading in the wrong direction already Jack.
Not the Jackson pro .. I heard a rumor about the import charvel series .. I don't know how accurate it is but where I heard it I have no reason to doubt ..
Don't worry - I'll smack her if it comes to that. You do not sell guitars to buy shoes. You skimp on food to buy shoes!~Mrs Tekky 06-03-08~
