A couple of new Charvels.......

First off a 2005 Custom Shop crossed swords, just killer. Feels very similar to the Maynard Bullseye. I know everyone says they all feel like that, I dont agree.



Secondly, yet another 25th, this one #47. I think they are incredible guitars, play one if you get a chance.....

Dan dates these on the sword by the knob in the sliver - real small -- mine is "DRL 2002"

Very nice.

I have an 05 Dan Graphic that he dated in the same way as Shawns - would post a pic but I cannt take one for sh!t and it came out blury.

On another note, that is the first new one I have seen with the scarf joint located so far away from the nut like that. I have a older SD with that same joint. Is this just luck of the wood or is there some reason for it?

(Not trying to be a screw counter - just curiuos!)

And I was wondering the same thing about Dan's sig. All the Crossed Swords that I've seen from him has his initials in the knob of one of the swords. I wonder if he changed it for this custom shop or for all Charvels. Could be Dan's little was of differentiating between a Charvel body and a GMW.
