Well, obviously an added Kahler from probably a vintage trem, pickup swap and probably added switch. But the logo is right, the date is right, everything looks good except for that cavity route. Thats the second one of those I've seen. The first is on Hossman's "Wayne Charvel" logo'd early strat.
Very interesting...

Yeah, those would be from a vintage trem.
Check the Wayne guitatr website. That number will put you in contact with Michael, his son.
