This sounds oh so familiar. I had the exact same thing happen to me on a graphic San Dimas Star. One moron(somebody who has posted on this very page) emailed the seller and pulled the same sh1t. Luckily, my seller was an honest guy and came through.

You sir are scum. Brett has completed a legally binding transaction with you. If you want to continue selling Charvel/Jackson guitars on eBay, you MUST complete this transaction with Brett. Well, 80% of the collectible or desirable Jacksons and Charvels I see on ebay are bid on and usually won by members here. After years on ebay, I see many dozens of familiar ebay user names when I browse the listings.

If all of us just refuse to bid on his auctions, he'll be losing out on a great deal of profit from his sale of Jacksons and Charvels.

1600 members+, most of whom scour ebay for Jacksons and Charvels... Oh well, his loss.

This is getting funny. Some of the emails I'm getting from y'all are killing me.

I have several members registering fake ebay names and promising to hit the BIN on ALL of Carrguitar's auctions. One dude has 5 new fake ebay names already. That rules.

I have another member threatening to register [email protected] to all the gay porn sites on the net. Enjoy those "Huge Dicks in Tight Asses" spam Glenn.

Is a few hundred bucks worth all of this Glenn? Be reasonable man. You'll be out of business in a year. The universal promise that I'm receiving is that NO ONE will do business with you again if you don't come correct. You can still come out OK in this.

Did you say you sent a USPS money order by USPS Express Mail? If you did, then this guy has legally screwed himself. If any part of a transaction is conducted thru the US mail, then US Mail fraud laws apply, which are very strong laws and are prosecuted. If the seller told you to send payment by a certain date and then told you that he would not send you the merchandies after you send payment, then he has incriminated himself. I'd suggest you contact the postmaster of the post office of the ZIP code you send the payment to, to file a mail fraud complaint. You should be able to find this contact information on the web or if you contact your local post office.
