It's very beautiful. Mine is 6048, the one with the matching Strathead.

Yes, 6048 is in the gallery. It's this one.
The inspiration for the graphics of my order came from the 1981 Charvel flyer.
Mike is a master builder ..worked for charvel/jackson ...went to fender now he is working with the boys again ..albeit not sure if he just helps out of he is fulltime
Don't worry - I'll smack her if it comes to that. You do not sell guitars to buy shoes. You skimp on food to buy shoes!~Mrs Tekky 06-03-08~
Looks great Shawn.
I also believe that this is the ultimate Charvel graphic.
I was ready to order one with this graphic from the custom shop...but I was able to snag a GMW with the same Dan Lawrence graphic.....so I am very pleased.
I like the chrome hardware....but I think I would like a creme pickup & ring better than the black.
Mike Eldred was the first Charvel employee and is now the Marketing Manager for Fender Custom Shop. We pick his brain from time to time and he's very cool about helping us out with history and such.
Two other original employees, Tim Wilson and Mike Shannon, still work for Jackson/Charvel. There are several other San Dimas alumni still working in various production areas for Jackson/Charvel.
