Shawn, It's starting to look like a J/C Custom Shop Namm booth in your house. Nice guitar.

It's very beautiful. Mine is 6048, the one with the matching Strathead.

Hey Toby....You mean the one on the Gallery? If it is, thats the one that did this to me.....Absolutely gorgeous, fell in love with it at first sight...Matter of fact, considering gold Hardware on this one too....

Awesome Shawn! If there is any Charvel to have it's the HRF! Nice!

Yes, 6048 is in the gallery. It's this one.

The inspiration for the graphics of my order came from the 1981 Charvel flyer.

That's it. I'm a HRF convert. This color combo rocks.

I dont know if it's a sub-conscious thing, thinking as a kid back to Hot Wheels or something, but it just looks right to me. Perfect.

Definitely got the Matchbox thing going. I though it was intentional. It's just plain awesome. I think I have a custom shop order brewing.

I'm gonna show my ignorance here -- the Charvel website lists this as the 'Eldred' graphic. Who is this?

Looks great Shawn.
I also believe that this is the ultimate Charvel graphic.

I was ready to order one with this graphic from the custom shop...but I was able to snag a GMW with the same Dan Lawrence graphic.....so I am very pleased.

I like the chrome hardware....but I think I would like a creme pickup & ring better than the black.

Shawn that is a sweeet axe, for sure.
You know I love the Vintage HRF flames as well.
Super cool.

Yeah, a cream Dp103 is on the way. It will complete it for sure......

Mike Eldred was the first Charvel employee and is now the Marketing Manager for Fender Custom Shop. We pick his brain from time to time and he's very cool about helping us out with history and such.

Two other original employees, Tim Wilson and Mike Shannon, still work for Jackson/Charvel. There are several other San Dimas alumni still working in various production areas for Jackson/Charvel.
