I know Kevin Easton got a one or two of them in, but I'm not sure if he has shipped them out.

Re: Anyone Get Their 25th Anniversary Strathead Yet?
I got to play the last one Jason at drumcity had before it got shipped. It looks AMAZING, although the chrome saddles turned me off.As for the neck,it really didnt play like any strathead ive played, it seemed a bit wide.Maybe because its not broken in, i dunno. It sounded killer and really, i cant stress enough about how b-e-a-utiful they are in person.I played a bunch of the pointies as well, those felt like the S.D.'s but jackson never stopped making those necks.

chrome saddles, are the bridges even brass? doesnt feel like a SD strathead charvel neck, maybe because its NOT. being broken in doesnt wear down a neck.
last night i got the chance to play more stratheads than i think ive ever seen in one place. while they all varied they all have a certain common feel & they were great.

Re: Anyone Get Their 25th Anniversary Strathead Yet?
well, i played the one that kev had today, and i dunno...it wasn't the second coming of christ. nice guitar? hell yeah, but imo, it's a $12-1500 guitar. they've got the evh pickups in them, and they sound great. the neck has a nice feel, although there wasn't enoungh filler put in the fret slots, and you could feel it.
the trems are brass, but have the stainless saddles in them, and they come with a COA that has mike's signature on it.
cool guitar, not worth the price tag, imo.
