How Many Painted Headstock EVH Strats Compared w/ Plain Maple Headstocks?

Here's one for ya - How many Charvel EVH Strats were produced IDENTICAL to the one pictured with Ed on the back of VH2. I'm talkin' identical paint job (I've seen several versions of stripe patterns, some look funky, some look cool.) and identical BLACK PAINTED headstock with SMALL GOLD pre-pro LOGO, maple neck / maple board, white Dimarzio, and gold vintage trem. Any pictures from JCF'ers that can post their example & provide info? Very few are found it seems w/ the black headstock. Wasn't the Music Emporium catalog guitar like this? For $650 a pop circa 1982 prices, I'd take a dozen or so. [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]
