Hmmm. I have a charvel that looks just like that only it is white and doesn't have a locking trem. I thought it was a model 1, but the neckplate has a Fort Worth USA neckplate.
Now I don't have a clue about charvel's, san dimas, or dating guitars, but could mine be a san dimas?
P.S - I know I'm clueless. Don't tease me [img]graemlins/help.gif[/img]

Any Charvel with the Fort Worth TX plate was made overseas. The only USA Charvels from the early-mid 80's had San Dimas CA plates.

Ahh. Thanks a lot Ralph. I didn't think it was USA but I just had to make sure. It looks so similar to the San Dimas. Anyway, it plays and looks supurb so Im happy [img]graemlins/toast.gif[/img]
