I bought a gigantic piece of this material at a Flea Market 20 years ago. I've never seen any like it, though I'm sure someone probably sells it. I'll post more pics when it's done. All I need is a very sharp razor blade and Elmer's glue. It works fantastic. I use an iron on low heat to fold the seams, and at the end a nice bead of Super Glue around all the seams. It takes some time, and alot of patience, but it looks killer. The material is not extremely durable, so a clear pickguard over any area that gets beat on is advised.Comment

Here's a 1956 Dano' I covered in the same material about 10 years ago. Had a matching headstock too. I had sprayed a few coats of lacquer on this one.
