Hello folks...
I was at my parent's place a few days ago, going through a bunch of my old junk stored in the attic. I ran across a bunch of pictures of me when I was about 19-20 (full-on 80s metal days)and lo and behold, I was playing my old San Dimas Charvels! The pictures make me cringe a bit, but I'm sure some of you have worse! The strat-style I'm playing was a custom graphic I ordered from Veneman's Music in Rockville, MD..21 fret maple neck, 1 hum, original Floyd, the the Star I bought off the shelf. If you look closely, it had a gold vintage tremolo, 1 hum, 21 fret maple neck,(I had a thing for 21 fret necks back then) and a red factory "spiderweb" graphic over black. Be forewarned...these pics may cause severe fits of laughter and/or serious San Dimas envy. But I thought some of you might dig seeing the old Charvels.(the live pics were at the old Hammerjacks in Baltimore..)
