He wrote back to me that he got a lot of emails regarding this. He did not expect that. Well, now he knows that will make some coin of this deal. He is now holding out for the highest bidder.

Yeah, I got the same email. The guitar was suspicious to me though...neck was clearcoated and not oiled, etc, and the story was a bit weird. (especially the part about the trem bar and volume knob "supposedly" from one of Jimi Hendrix's guitars. I dig Star bodies, but this one smells a little fishy for me.
