not with a kahler arm. I am guess the floyd arm misses it as well.

No the kahler arm doesn't get hung up on the cable that I've noticed.. I rarely ever use the trems tho

maybe i´m wrong but i´d say the body is at least modded, if not fake...

Kramers had the Jack on top like this too. I've got two of them and neither of them has a problem with the cord. The angle of the jack and the angle of the arm ensure that they are clear of one another.

Model1, I think it's just wierdness from the lighting, pic quality (or lack thereof), color, and background giving that illusion.
I would really like to see any pics that the seller sends out though.
Overall, I'd spend on it if it were still a v-trem.
