    No troubles here

I've had no issues with #6702. It's been to my guitar guy for minor setup issues. Otherwise the only complaint I have is that it's spolied me so badly I can't play my 650XL anymore. The Greenie plays so much better and sounds better.

Problems like this are tough for the buyer and manufactorer. This is the first time I have read this thread through. It is an interesting read, I would imagine Kevin removed a few early off topic posts, as is the nature of forums that we do get off topic.

Problems in manufactoring are unavoidable. The best we can have happen is the company bending over backwards to fix it. It sounds like they did not, at least at first. But now, with this thread, you may have ensured better quality control and customer service for all. I think that is a worthy goal for Jackson Charvel, to be the best.

Here is the kick in my stomach though...If they don't return it to Charvel I will have to pay $125 to have the guitar set up after the repair. I was told that Charvel/ Fender will not cover that. I am quite pissed about that.

WHy? If customer satisfaction is #1, why not cover all the costs of fixing a mistake at the manufacturing level?
