The word he got from JMI was that yes, they are in production.

Not to be a buzzkill, but "in production" may not necessarily mean already being built. It might just mean that they're in the "to be built" pipeline. Just a thought.

"In production" in our facility means that the build has been scheduled and parts have been ordered. Obviously in Charvel's case they have their parts in-house, but they may not have the build scheduled for a couple of weeks or months.

I just spoke to Jason he said that he is still waiting to get the final specs and price and then he will return all the emails that he has gotten. He said he got about 40 emails yesterday.

He mentioned that he has been working on ordering these since a year and a half ago...crazy.

He thinks they would come in around October or November.

That'd be cool! I'd always liked Jake's guitar! The single hum one was my favorite. Didn't he have one in Pearl white? I thought in the Bark At The Moon vid, it was pearlescent white.

Daphne blue is the color of the one your thinking of,That one and the red w/mirror pickgaurd were Holdsworth models.

Any updates on these? Jason replied to my e-mail with "still working with Charvel for final specs" and to "check the web-site for price, etc.". I have been checking and nothing up there yet, or did I just miss it?

Only if Fender makes it. Then they'll just send it to the Charvel side of the factory for a Charvel logo.

Considering the original was infact, a Fender neck with refinished headstock to match the body and a Charvel logo added...LOL!
