I've got a question for you Neilli, You find lot of difference between SD1 mahogany and SD1 koa.??

I know that koa is better than mahogany but why have you got the Two SD1.?

Yeah, that's an SD3W, and according to the '96 catalogue, the bodies were mahogany....

I got the Koa guitar first and I love it. Because I liked it so much, when I saw the mahogany guitar for sale I grabbed it, but while it's a good guitar, I don't like it as much as the Koa so it doesn't get used. It's all such a matter of personal taste, but I just like the Koa guitar more - can't really say why. It's not better, it's just different, and I guess because I got the Koa first, it's the guitar I prefer.....

I'm always trying to get a SD4. So i want some comment on KOA.

Koa is heavy.?

I already have a Schecter Mercury in swampash and its more heavier than my other guitars.
