Gorgeous piece of Charvel history. A true keeper indeed. Although if you decide to sell, i'm sure you may get one or two offers...

I can only think of a few variations of Charvels that could be more desirable, to me anyway.

      Absolutely amazing score!!

                Huge Explorer fan here.
                That is one awesome piece.
How is the playability at the bolt on necks heel?

Thanks thanks, and thanks again guys!!!
Flatpicker, between having owned it for over 20 years AND having good sized hands luckily, it doesn`t reallly slow me down, but no doubt it`s a bit bulky comparatively...Key of "G", and "A" position are no prob but "B" is an effort...lol. Anyway, for me this guitar is all about the Rhythm tone...
and a lil beauty, class, and style (if i do say so myself...lol)
                    lol...too much information?

Freakin' beautiful.....I didn't think those headstocks existed on Charvels.

Charvels with Explorer style necks are not that common but they do pop up from time to time. Charvels with a Gibby V head necks appear to be even rarer and I have only seen 4 or 5 to date.

Wow, the "V" headstock would be cool too...I`ve seen a couple explorer headstocks, but this is the only 1 i`ve seen on a "prepro" yet.
