I think this was Zsa Zsa Gabor's guitar.

    Daaaaaaaaaaang.

Looks like you could open REALLY BIG beer bottles with it.

That's one sweet piece. I hope this doesn't mean Wayne's hard up for cash.

A 1984 Charvel with a new Wayne headstock? Smells like total BS. I'm thinking Wayne took an old plate and added a new guitar to it. A horridly ugly one, at that.

I remember seeing something this hideous on ebay years ago. It had leds in the neck or something like that. My question is why would Wayne even have a Charvel from that time frame? I call BS as well.

I don't know if it's BS or not but if you read closely, you'll see that Wayne has only owned this guitar for about 5 years. It seems he got it off the original builder, O'Connor.

In a letter, Charvel also says this guitar was featured in a book on Charvel guitars. That book was published in 1999. Weird, huh, that Wayne's new headstock was already in existence in 99?

Ugly or not - this bird gives the word custom its true meaning.

If there is BS, I strongly doubt it's Musiczoo....

It looks weird, but I kinda like it. Not enough to buy it , mind you.

The body shape might be funky (I have to say it's totally growing on me), but you have to admit that someone put _serious_ time and effort cooking that baby up. The colour matching alone is pretty magical.

I seriously dig how the bevels, position markers, and pickups are matched to the gold in the dragon's wing's highlights. Gold hardware is kinda obvious, sure, but gold _strings?_ Nice! The fretboard matching the body, by itself impressive, kinda pales by comparison.

The body's curves are a little unorthodox, but they're symmetrical and, when the guitar is flipped over, create an almost perfect integral symbol ... uuughhh f(x) d x noooOOOOOOOOOooooo I don't wanna do my calculus homework!

Sorry. Anyway, I keep thinking of that line from "Silence of the Lambs," when Clarice brings the death-head moth to the entomologists who oggle, "Someone _loved_ you." Someone loved this puppy _big time._

it seems like you could give wayne a new les paul and he'd say that he had something to do with the build of it...

No, no, Sully. Wayne would say that he built that new Les Paul himself, back in 1984 when he was at Gibson.
