Hmmm...I have one of them....don't know how many were produced...just said "limited edition".....

I don't know if they had a target number of them or a production ceiling or not??

I've head that they made 84 pieces plus one prototype. But I don't know if these numbers are correct.

The reason I ask is because i just bought one. Back in '84, I ordered my first Charvel from Musicians Buying Service...does anyone remember them? I was just learning how to play and had the guitar for a couple of years and like a dummy, sold it. My son has been playing an import Jackson for a short time and he has me excited to learn with him! I have been doing a little research on different models and decided on the "retro". This one will be a keeper.
